Welcome and Thank you for visiting THUMB DOGUE
All items are designed and hand-made by myself, Emma-Jane: - Made in the UK in a smoke and pet free environment using reclaimed materials, vintage buttons, trims and embellishments. Once made, all items are individually packaged and shipped using British Royal Mail.

Payment

I accept payment from paypal/debit/credit cards and personal cheques.
Please make payment at the time of placing your order following the normal etsy checkout system. Ensure that your shipping address is correct and specify if it is different to your billing account if paying through paypal. Whenever in doubt please see Etsy’s help guide for buying at: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

Purchases will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared.

If you want to cancel a purchase, please contact me as soon as possible, I intern contact Etsy who completes the cancellation process.

Shipping

• Items are posted on the first available working day of payment being received.
• As I’m based in the UK, I use the British Royal Mail service for all my shipping needs.
• All international packages are posted using standard air mail rates.
• First class packages usually are delivered the next working day in the UK and up to 5 – 10 working days for international mail. Be advised that items are often held at customs thus adding to the delay of delivery – If this happens please be patient and if your package still hasn’t arrived within 15 working days of your email confirmation please contact me and I will follow it up with the post office. You might also be required to contact your local post office to confirm if a delivery was attempted at your end.
• All packages will be ‘recorded signed’ for a proof of delivery but are not insured or registered. If you prefer your package to be registered and insured you can opt for the ‘AIRSURE’ mail service, which provides priority handling and tracking. Please contact me, calculated by package weight.
• Please note as each country’s postal service varies, any customs duties and taxes incurred at the buyers end is your responsibility.
I cannot be held liable for the non-delivery of items by postal companies but if a package is lost or damaged a compensatory claim will be made on your behalf with Royal mail. If the claim is successful I will provide a refund immediately.
